WHAT IS PREMIUM PACKAGING?

Your shoes will be placed in our signature acrylic shoe box. Robust yet aesthetically beautiful, the box was specifically designed to transport your shoes safely, and in style. Both components have been meticulously cast from one single piece of glass-grade acrylic, giving the box an unrivalled crystal clear finish. Handmade in Europe. Experience the difference here.

You will have the option to select Premium Packaging on each product page.

WHAT IS STANDARD PACKAGING?

Your shoes will be placed in a standard black shoe box with MARCUS HANUY branding. This is the default selection for your order.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?

For the European Union, VAT is included in all prices shown on the website. No other taxes or duties will be requested at delivery.

All orders from non-EU countries are subject to local import duties and taxes. You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We ship to most countries. Should there be an issue with the shipment of your goods due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you immediately.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a DHL tracking number.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently accept credit card payments (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) and PayPal.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

All MARCUS HANUY products and materials are made in Italy. Your satisfaction is important to us. We will repair any and all manufacturing defects in a timely period. Please email us at customer@marcushanuy.com so we can review the matter for you.

Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase from WWW.MARCUSHANUY.COM.
